Shipping FAQ's

How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?
We try to ship everything 2-3 day priority mail, but some bigger orders need to be shipped via ground. In any event, your part will be at your door within 5 business days, if not sooner for US orders.

What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?
Refunds are given once the returned part is received and inspected by us. In some circumstances, we might charge a restocking fee. If you need to exchange a part, we will send you the correct part once we receive a shipment confirmation. No fees or charges for exchanges! We just ask you pay the shipping and any price difference in the cost of the part.

What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
We always use lots of bubble wrap and packing paper, but we will priority mail a new part to you immediately if this happens.

Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we do. We offer flat price shipping to all countries. 

What shipping methods do you offer?
For US individuals, we offer Free 2-5 day shipping, and flat price priority 2-3 day shipping and overnight shipping. We also offer priority shipping to Canada as well. 

Can I track my package? When do I receive my tracking code?
All orders will receive a tracking code via email, or text. Tracking codes are usually provided within 24 hours of placing an order, with the exception of the weekend. 

Order & Payment FAQ's

What happens if you send me the wrong part?
We will immediately express ship you the proper part and provide you with a pre-paid return label to mail the old part back. 

What happens if I order the wrong part?
Email us! If you are needing to exchange the part for the correct part, we will mail you the correct part once we receive shipment confirmation that the wrong part is on its way back to us. No exchange fees, we just ask that you cover 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard credit cards and Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
Email us ASAP! We are a small business so sometimes we drop packages off at USPS at weird times. Additionally, we try to fulfill every order same-day, if its within business hours, so we need quick notice to cancel orders.

Can I talk to a real person about my order?
Absolutely, you can call Zach at 832-443-1506. As an FYI, we are a small two-man business, so please leave a voicemail or shoot us a text and allow us some time to respond.

Do you ever offer discounts or coupons?
We try to offer the best price everyday, so we do not typically run discounts or special offers. 

Do you charge sales tax?
Never! We cover the sales tax cost ourselves.

BMW Specific FAQ's

Do you offer warranty?
Any warranties will be listed on the product page. However, the majority of our parts do not have a warranty as they are heavy wear and tear parts, especially on modified vehicles. 

How do replacement parts affect my vehicle's warranty?
All of our parts are standard OEM parts, so your warranty will not be affected.

How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?
We do our best to list all car applications on the product detail page. If you are unsure of fitment, just shoot us an email.
